This beautiful retreat is situated right on the coastal path, within easy walking distance from the sandy beach of Crackington Haven which makes it ideal for walkers and families. The beach is set between imposing cliffs at the end of a narrow valley and backing right onto the village and with many rock pools appearing when the tide is low and some fantastic waves when the surf is pumping, this makes a perfect spot for anyone looking for some outdoor adventure.  Gunnedah Studio offers great accommodation for a family of 4, with double bedroom downstairs along with the kitchen/diner and the twin room, bathroom and large living space on the first floor.  A path leads to your own patio area with stunning sea views, meaning after a day on the beach its barbecue time for dinner! 

GROUND FLOOR: 
Kitchen/Dining Area: Built in electric oven, electric hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer dryer, table and 4 chairs.
Bedroom 1: Double bed (4'6"), fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, Smart TV, hair dryer.

FIRST FLOOR: 
Living Room: Large corner sofa, 42" TV, DVD player
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3'), chest of drawers, wall hooks and hangers.
Bathroom: Bath with shower over (restricted head height), basin, w.c.

GARDEN AND PARKING: Parking for 1 car on the drive.  No access to garage for guests. Patio with picnic bench, barbecue and sea views (to access patio turn right outside front door, follow the signs through the enclosed area going through the opening in far left corner).

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 9:00am
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; oil-fired c.h.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels). 
Baby Equipment: Not provided but can be hired - see hire page.
Shop: 200 yds Pub: 300 yds

We enjoyed our stay at The Studio in Crackington Haven. It was close to the coastal path which allowed us to enjoy some lovely walks (albeit uphill!). We also enjoyed the proximity of the lovely wood which again provided a lovely walk. The Studio is well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Thank you

We had a fantastic holiday. The apartment was well appointed, cosy and in a great location. The local beach was a five minute walk and opposite a great pub and cafe.

The cottage was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of cutlery and plates etc I loved the upstairs sitting room with the low ceilings and skylights I thought it gave the room a lot of character. There isn't much of a view from the cottage as some reviews have said but you only have to go out the door to the patRead moreio and the view is stunning. A beautiful location and lots of lovely walks and a great beach. We had a great time and would recommend the cottage Hide
