Waterhead View is a luxury modern property located in the village of Kingswear. This property can be seen from the very front of Kingswear boasting beautiful full frontal views of the River Dart. Waterhead View comes with a terrace with glass balustrades therefore, all views are uninterrupted and garden space below the terrace. This is perfect for all the family or a quiet romantic break enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of the village. Waterhead View can sleep up to 5 people and accepts pets, the kitchen, living and dining space is to the front of the property and the bedrooms and bathrooms are located towards the back, there are steps from the roadside to the property however, once you're there enjoy a property that is all of one level. Waterhead View is within meters of the local bus stop and a 5 minute walk from the local pub and restaurant. 

Kitchen Electric oven, electric hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso Pod Coffee Machine, washing machine. 

Lounge Smart TV, DVD player, Bluetooth speaker.

Bedroom 1 King Bed (5'), wardrobe. 

Bedroom 2 Double Bed (4'6"), wardrobe. 

Bedroom 3 Single bed (2'6") with a truckle bed underneath, hanging hooks are provided. 

Bathroom 1 Bath with wall mounted shower, basin, w.c.

Bathroom 2 This is a Jack and Jill bathroom shared between bedroom 1 and 2. There is a walk in shower, basin, w.c.

 

Garden and Parking This is a two-tiered garden, the lower level is a gravelled area and above is a terrace with glass balustrades. There is also a rear courtyard/drying area. Parking is provided with this property in the Dart Haven Marina Car Park. Please provide your vehicle registration details when booking. 

 

Security Deposit- This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Original Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Pets Welcome  Maximum of 2 small pets, £25 per pet per week.

Power and Heat Electricity is included in the rental. Electric heated towel rails in both bathrooms. Underfloor heating in the kitchen and lounge. 

Bedding and Linen Bed linen and towels are provided (please bring your own beach towels).

We loved this holiday cottage, it was very well equipped with everything you need for a week away and very comfortable.The balcony was a real sun trap and the views over the estuary and Dartmouth stunning. We will definitely be returning in the near future.

We enjoyed our stay . The accommodation is furnished to a high standard. The location is excellent and the views across the estuary were lovely to wake up to or take in while having a glass of something refreshing.

We loved stayed at Waterhead View in Kingswear, the cottage is quite small but beautifully furnished and finished to a high standard. The views are fantastic and I'd love to stay in better weather and sit on the terrace! The kitchen was well equipped and we loved that there were basic cupboard items available to use (with a donation to the honestRead morey box), the ferry is close by and there is a very convenient shop, cafe and pub too. Parking is a 5 minute walk and access is quite steep so not suitable for those with more limited mobility or young children. Hide
