Spring Cottage is a beautiful stone mid terrace cottage originally built back in the 19th century, surrounded by stunning Cornish countryside and with far reaching countryside views. It has been recently refurnished to create a light and modern holiday base. The woodburner is a real treat for those cooler months, you can even bring your four-legged friend with you. The Camel trail and estuary is literally at the end of the lane so you are perfectly placed if you enjoy walking or cycling. The courtyard is adjacent to the popular Quarryman Inn so you won’t even have to get in your car to enjoy an evening meal or drink.  

GROUND FLOOR:
Lounge: Smart TV, DVD player, DAB radio, woodburner.
Kitchen/Diner: Electric cooker, fridge with small freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. 

FIRST FLOOR: 
Bedroom 2: Double bed (4'6"), chest of drawers, wardrobe, hair dryer.
Bathroom: Bath (shower off mixer taps), basin, w.c. 
Bedroom 1: Twin beds (3' - zip & link to form 6' super king), wardrobe, chest of drawers, views over countryside.

GARDEN & PARKING: Parking in the cottages' car park next to the garden on a first come first serve basis. Additional parking available in The Quarryman's Inn Pub car park. To the front open plan grassed garden, fold up chairs available. To the rear, large communal courtyard, part of which has benches for the adjacent Inn.

Pets Welcome: Maximum 2; £25 per pet per week. Booking terms and conditions.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; electric convectors and woodburner. Logs not included. 
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen provided; towels not provided. Please order zip & link beds in advance.
Baby Equipment:  High chair, stair gate and travel cot provided.
Shop: 0.5 mls Pub: 0.1 ml

We absolutely loved our stay at Spring Cottage, it was really clean, cosy and well equipped. It was in a great location, and the pub next door was really lovely. We will definitely be back!

Spring cottage was absolutely perfect in every way. We only stayed 3 nights and wished we had more time there. It was so clean and comfortable, normally takes a night or two to settle in, we felt at home straight away. Everything about the cottage deserves a 5 star. We loved it and will definitely be back again soon. The surrounding area was fantasRead moretic for walking and with Wadebridge just down the Rd, you didn't need to go too far for a glass of wine and dinner, especially with the pub a few doors up, which you wouldn't know was there, as it was so quiet. Lovely cottage in an excellent location. The quarryman pub is very welcoming and good food. Being able to walk down onto camel trail is also very convenient for great walks either way.

Beautiful cottage in a great location, very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything about the cottage was good. Loved this quiet location, but not far to drive to amenities, the view, the sparkling white sheets on the beds, equipment in the kitchen.

The property was excellent, very warm and cozy. Well equipped and in an excellent location for visiting all the surrounding areas. We had a lovely week in Spring Cottage and hope to return again soon. We would have no hesitation in recommending this cottage.
