Lovely clean warm cottage. Very well equipped kitchen with everything we needed. Lovely bedding and towels and the garden was a little sun trap. We enjoyed our week away and the weather was lovely. Nice quiet peaceful location with very friendly owner near by if needed.

Perfect cottage and garden, lots of birds and insects around. Very central for coast and country with Blickling, Holt and Cromer a short drive away. Third time of visiting, which speaks volumes!

Absolutely gorgeous cottage with a lovely little welcome pack with tea and biscuits which was just what we needed after our journey! Extremely well stocked with kitchen equipment. A lovely garden which we enjoyed our breakfasts in and the wall mounted fire made it really feel like a home away from home. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

We loved Hawthorn Cottage. Beautiful accommodation and garden . Owners close by if needed which they weren't. Heating was very much appreciated due to the unseasonal June weather. Would recommend without a doubt.

The cottage was lovely, very quiet and rural. It was very well equipped with everything you need for your stay. The owners were very friendly and we felt really welcome. It is well positioned to travel to Norwich, Sandringham and the coast although the Norfolk road network takes some getting used to. A lovely holiday.
