The property is only a short drive from the popular market town of Bedale and is a great location for exploring the Yorkshire Dales.
The village green has giant sycamore and lime trees and stone built cottages which surround the green date back to the 1750’s. The green is overlooked by the village inn and it hosts an annual charity cricket match against the stars of Emmerdale. Quoits add to the typical village scene in the summer.
