This 4-star ground floor apartment is in a peaceful yet central location just several minute’s level walk from the award-winning beach in this very popular coastal resort of Woolacombe. Convenient to all facilities yet still within earshot of the surf, the apartment offers ideal accessibility including a level entrance & throughout.  The accommodation is comfortably furnished and well equipped with oak laminate flooring and good sound insulation, and the modern underfloor heating and new luxury curtains throughout ensures it is warm and cosy all year round.  The light, spacious, and stylish open plan living room has comfy leather sofas (one is a pocket-sprung bed settee for additional or alternative sleeping), and a modern dining area which together provide a wonderful space to get together after a day on the beach or time spent exploring this beautiful area. 

A fully equipped kitchen area provides everything you could for your holiday, including a De’Longhi espresso pod machine, a brand new fridge & dishwasher, and washing machine.  You will love nights in with a superb entertainments package, featuring a top-of-the-range 55” LG OLED smart TV paired with 5.1 home cinema and Amazon Fire Stick.  We have left the Fire Stick logged in, so you can enjoy Netflix, Amazon Video, Apple TV+ and all the main domestic channels via the apps.  A dedicated full fibre 100Mbps broadband line offers unlimited Wi-Fi for multiple mobile devices, as well as unlimited music streaming from a trio of Amazon Alexas.  

Two attractive bedrooms – one good sized double and a smaller twin room are both light and airy and serviced by the beautifully-refitted full glass walk-in shower, and tiled wet room. The double bedroom has also been recently upgraded with high-quality king-size bed and goose down duvets for a great night's sleep.  Adjacent to the apartments is a shared patio with barbecue area and use of an outdoor hot shower (ideal when returning from the beach) plus a private lockable store for boards and wetsuits.

Cottage is positioned really close to the beach and local shops etc. It was nice and clean and instructions were clear to help use equipment etc.
