The Stables is ideally located just off the A12 and offers quality accommodation on the owner’s grounds just outside the village of Kelsale. Also on the site includes a fabulous gallery selling artworks as well as home accessories. The Stables is fully private and the interior gives an excellent first impression with quality furniture and fittings. The Stables is a great space for four guests which offers privacy with the double room and shower room on the ground floor and the twin bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. Oak doors throughout add to the quality finish of this holiday cottage. The Stables provides a perfect holiday base which is convenient for all desirable Suffolk locations including the seaside town of Aldeburgh and RSPB Minsmere. Shop: 1.5 miles Pub: 1.6 miles.

GROUND FLOOR
Open Plan Room with Sitting Area: Panasonic 36'' Smart TV with BluRay DVD, two leather sofas and a chair. Dining Area: Table and chairs. Kitchen Area: Neff electric oven and hob, large integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher, Zanussi washer dryer, ceramic flooring and wooden worktops. There are two sets of doors to the open plan area leading to the paved garden with French doors from the sitting area and a glass door from the kitchen area.
Bedroom 1: King size bed, views of fields from one window.
Shower Room: Fully tiled room with shower cubicle, washbasin and WC, underfloor heating.

FIRST FLOOR
Bedroom 2: Twin beds, large cupboard for storage.

Only six miles to the coast and eight miles to the RSPB Bird Reserve at Minsmere, Kelsale is a very quiet location which is ideal for people looking for a peaceful holiday. Southwold, Walberswick and Aldeburgh are all within easy reach. The Poachers Pocket pub is around half a mile away and there are excellent cycling and walking paths available. Kelsale is only a mile from the historic market town of Saxmundham which has many shops, including Waitrose, as well as a train station with direct access to both Ipswich and London.

High quality furnishings and equipment. Beautiful pictures on the walls. Sunny sheltered patio. Quiet even though close to A12 road but sheltered by trees from noise.Very central and convenient for tourist visits to main attractions. Owners very helpful and friendly.

The Stables is in an ideal location for exploring Suffolk. This is our 3rd stay here and we are already thinking about when we can stay here again. Everything about the property suited us perfectly.
