Mary’s Corner is a ground floor apartment, located in an elevated quiet residential area of Swanage, with views stretching across the bay towards Ballard Down and Swanage Bay. Only a short 2 minute walk to the quaint town of Swanage with its variety of shops, restaurants and cafes and beautiful sandy beaches. The property has been recently renovated to a high standard, and has a spacious, light feel due to the high ceilings and lovely large windows.

Leading from the entrance hall, there is a well equipped kitchen/dining room.  A long hallway leads to the large, comfortable living room, with fantastic views across the bay.  Both bedrooms and the bathroom also lead from the hallway.

Bathroom: bath with shower over the bath, basin and W.C

A lovely location looking over Swanage and the coast. A good pick for a couple of family of 4.

Good location close to centre of swanage - but be aware it is up a hill for those less mobile. Bed was comfortable and apartment in reasonably quiet area so slept well.

This was our first visit to St Marys Corner and we were very impressed with the flat. The inside was very clean, tasteful and had everything we needed and the location was excellent.

Nice, spacious accommodation and quite well appointed, having been modernised to a nice standard overall. Location is definitely a major plus point, being very convenient for pubs, restaurants and the seafront (literally a 5 minute walk away).

The flat is really well situated close to the town and beaches but it is also easy to reach the coastal path that quickly takes you to open countryside. It is a comfortable and welcoming space and is well-equipped, even for rainy days with puzzles and games. We would thoroughly recommend it.

Lovely property in great location. Well equipped and lovely furnishings. Immaculately clean. Only negatives were- v small kitchen for 4 adults and rickety uncomfortable chairs. VERY light childs bedroom. Could do with black out blinds as well as the curtains and blinds on the internal windows. This was only a problem as we had a 15 month old who Read moreis used to sleeping in the dark, May not be a problem for others. Hide

The property was well maintained and furnished to a high standard. However, the sofa was very low and we were unable to sit on it, which wasnt helped by the fact that the swivel chair was broken. We had to bring in our beach chairs to sit on. In addition to the chair the bathroom blind was broken, the curtain rail in the bedroom had no end stop, soRead more the curtain came off the end of the rail. Also, the kettle kept boiling over. However, when I reported these problems they were fixed immediately. I dont think the property should be advertised as have a place to sit at the back. It is basically a car park, where you are surrounded by cars, meters, washing lines and also scaffolding. On arrival, the scaffolding did not give a very good impression! Im not sure why its still there, as there doesnt appear to be any work going on, Hide
