The ideal base for a relaxing holiday, offering fixable accommodation for families and groups with a wonderfully spacious bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor and a twin room upstairs with sofa, PlayStation and TV. A large, well equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a comfortable lounge/dining area complete the accommodation. The lovely enclosed rear decked area enjoys the afternoon / evening sun, the perfect setting for a relaxed barbecue. The facilities on St Merryn Park include sports bar, bar serving food, shop and tennis courts (seasonal opening times may apply to all facilities). St Merryn Village is approximately 1 mile and the fantastic 7 bays a further 2-3 miles.

The house was easy to locate and a delight to stay in for the week with plenty of space for all of our party to make use of. It was an extremely pleasant surprise to find how well stocked the kitchen equipment was and similarly the amount of beach equipment (buckets, spades, windbreaks etc) available for those items you inevitably forget to pack. Read more The welcome pack of tea, coffee, biscuits and milk was appreciated also. Some of our party found the mattresses a little firm for their liking but the property was in good condition and clean throughout. Good local convenience store in St Merryn and close to Padstow Farm Shop which wed recommend as well. Hide

We love staying at Minnows. We have stayed here many times, though not in the last few years. It was good to find that the property is still as lovely as ever. We felt really welcomed by the goodies on the tray. Minnows is a lovely base to explore many areas of Cornwall, especially now the A30 is a dual carriageway!

Great accommodation, great location, safe for children to ride their bikes about and 2 restaurants to walk to in the evenings. close to lots of beach's. We really enjoyed our stay here.

A lovely property, ideal for exploring the local area, fantastic beaches close by. Location was great and facilities walking distance including a dog walking field, shop and kids play area.
