On the first floor you will find a fantastic open plan living area complete with a fully equipped kitchen, cosy wood burner in the living area and a dining table with doors opening out onto the balcony. An inviting second bedroom is also located on the first floor, complete with its own private balcony with views of a neighbouring deer paddock and the surrounding countryside. Hockerhill Barn is ideal at any time of year and is perfect for either one or two couples and would also be wonderful for a small family looking to explore and discover. There is a lovely Farm Shop next door to the house (30 second drive, 5 min walk).
