The property is only 1.5 miles from the beach at West Runton, where you can swim, picnic, and explore the rock pools. There is a pub, grocers, station, two cafes, a restaurant, and golf all to be found within half a mile of the cottage's front door. Discover footpaths to follow from the cottage or strike out along the Norfolk Coast Path then catch the Coasthopper bus back again. Head into the seaside resort of Cromer, 2.5 miles away, to shop, enjoy the beach, or dine out.

Unpack any groceries you have bought locally in the well-equipped kitchen/diner, where you will find everything you need to prepare a meal, and a dishwasher to make your stay as easy as possible.
