This delightful and spacious maisonette is set over two floors of an attractive Victorian 1890's terraced house, in a quiet residential street, just a short stroll from the beach, promenade, famous Cromer Pier, shops, pubs, restaurants and cafe's of this popular seaside town.  The property retains some original features, notably the elegant staircase, and offers relaxed modern living.  A stylish living/dining room with bay window and original feature fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen occupy the first floor, whilst king-size and twin bedrooms with a family bathroom and separate cloakroom occupy the second floor.  All the rooms are bright and sunny and the flat is a great place for a hassle-free holiday for families or friends. Cromer is a great seaside resort and popular year round, drawing visitors back time and again.  It has a good beach, great promenade with traditional entertainment such as pitch and putt, the famous Cromer Pier itself featuring year-round shows, a local history museum, a new lifeboat museum, cliff-top golf at The Royal Cromer Golf Club, multi-screen cinema, Amazona Zoo, indoor children's play barn, Kart Track, cycle hire and plenty of shops and restaurants.  The town is set on the cliff tops with plenty of walking available on the Norfolk Coast Path offering great views along the coast and out to sea.  There is something here for everyone, making Cromer an ideal location for family or friends'  holidaying together and looking for that blast of fresh sea air!

We really enjoyed our stay in flat 2. Very close to the centre of Cromer. Definitely has that cosy home feel to it when you return after a long day. Sofas and beds are very comfortable. Plenty of storage space for clothes. All in all a great flat. Great holiday had by all!

Cromer's great. We just keep coming back as all our dogs have loved the beach and everything that you need is easily at hand. Flat 2 was a fantastic find. Extremely comfortable. Well equipped (we bring a bag of things we might need in the kitchen, this was the first time that we've not used any of it). And a great location. The home is exactly as described by the owners as a home from home. Its clean, tidy and perfectly located. The kitchen is so well stocked that I was able to make my son (at university in Norwich) a full chicken roast with all the trimmings! This is a lovely, clean flat on two floors with high ceilings. The living room is large, bright and airy and nicely decorated with a seaside theme. There was plenty of space for two adults, two teenage children and two dogs. It has all mod cons. It is in a quiet location, very close to all amenities. Just a short walk to the sea front and has parkRead moreing outside. We enjoyed trying out some nice restaurants and coffee shops in Cromer. Next time we will book some of the more highly rated restaurants in advance, as this is a popular time of year and many were already booked. Lovely flat over 2 floors. Quite street with plenty of parking during the day. Lovely lounge! Short walk to town. Bus stop at end of street and x40 only 50 min to Norwich!
