The Maltings is a spacious three bedroomed property forming part of the original Maltings at Womack Staithe in Ludham. Ludham is a very attractive Broads village with a magnificent church. The local amenities are very good and the village enjoys great access to the river, ideal for bringing your own boat or hiring one locally. The coast is a short distance and easily accessible and your have a choice of heading for the quieter sandy beaches of Winterton or Sea Palling or the seaside resort of Great Yarmouth. Wroxham is a short drive as is the award winning attractions of Bewilderwood and Wroxham Barns. This is a great location for adults and children alike with much to enjoy in the area.

The owner was really good at supplying information before holiday even letting us know cottage was ready early would definitely stay again

The cottage and the location are very pleasant And there Is a very local convenience Shop just across the road together with To the river and access for fishing. Once the mattress is changed in the bed bunk this accomodation will be fine.

Comfortable and well equipped cottage in a lovely situation. We linked our stay with hiring a sailing boat from Hunter's Yard, which was a great combination.

The property was excellent for our holiday - in a nice quiet location, well equipped, spotlessly clean, and comfortably furnished. It provided an excellent base to explore the surrounding area. Thoroughly recommended.
