An Kres, meaning 'central' in Cornish, is a first floor modern apartment in the heart of St Ives, conveniently located above the shops and within reach of some of the town’s finest restaurants and cafes so that all your amenities are on your doorstep. It has the benefit of a small terrace to the rear, perfect for enjoying a few rays of sunshine with a cup of tea in the morning or afternoon. The apartment sleeps four in a double room and twin room and would be suitable for a family or couple looking for central accommodation. The train station is less than five minutes on foot and offers a scenic coastal route from St Ives into Carbis Bay and surrounding areas.

Lovely view of the sea and beach. Reasonably quiet area and easy access to all amenities.

The apartment was compact and had everything required. Kitchen very well equipped and good standard as was bathroom . Great central location. Some minor noise from neighbouring apartments but to be expected if booking this type of property. Didnt detract from this being a great value property. Really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely ,apartment close to town, beaches and pubs, restaurants. Comfortable beds and clean accommodation. Some noise from seagulls in the early hours but can't be helped! Outside balcony not very appealing due to seagull excrement. Not a problem as out most of the time. Overall good value, Comfortable accommodation. Highly recommend.
