Millies is about 7 minutes' walk from the many pubs, restaurants and cafes around Padstow harbour and town centre. It has a parking space and a small enclosed garden to rear. Well equipped and attractive, Millies is a comfortable home from home. Ideal for a small family, or couples who want a cottage close to the sea but like to walk into Padstow in the evening to sample the fare being offered by pubs and restaurants in the town. Padstow has a beautiful unspoilt harbour and a maze of picturesque narrow streets wherein will be found many interesting shops and galleries as well as tea shops, patisserie, delicatessen - not forgetting pasty shops of which there are several. There are beaches both sides of the river estuary which are only a few minutes' walk on the Padstow side and a quick hop across the river on the ferry to get to the Rock side.

Kitchen/Diner: Gas hob, built-in electric oven and separate microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, radio.

FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: Double bed (4'6"), wardrobe, chest of drawers, hair dryer.

GARDEN & PARKING: Small area to front with shrubs. To the rear is a small enclosed paved garden with garden store, garden furniture and barbecue.  One allocated parking space to rear of property.

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am
Pets Welcome: £25 per pet per week; maximum 3.  No cats allowed. 
Power and Heat: Gas and electricity included in rent; gas c.h./hot water, woodburning stove effect electric fire sitting room.
Bedding and Linen: Pillows & duvets included, bed linen provided; towels not provided but can be hired.

Nice small cottage on a housing estate, nice short walk into Padstow, Tesco store 5 min walk away. Was clean and tidy on our arrival.

Fridge/freezer is small, but Tesco is 5min walk away, wish I'd known this before as did large online shop, struggled to fit everything in. Small compact cottage, good location. Terrible television signal though. Good instant hot water in shower.

The proximity of this property to Padstow harbour and amenities is awesome! A 5 minute walk and you are in the heart of the town. The property was very disappointing. It is not 4 star as shown on the website, or 3 star as shown on the front of the property, it's more 2 star. The kitchen is too small, there is no storage. We had a Tesco shop arriRead moreve and no where to put it! The fridge/freezer combo is smaller than a small dishwasher. There is an overwhelming smell of wet dog, even though we have a dog this was above and beyond! The photos are very out of date, the garden front and back is overgrown with large weeds. Sadly this was not what we were expecting for a 4 star accommodation and we would not recommend. Hide

It was perfect for my husband and I and adult son - not forgetting Betty, our dog. The location was ideal to walk into town therefore no need to get the car out. The parking space was also much appreciated
