Bailey's Cottage is a traditional, quirky, downalong fishermans cottage in a traffic free, quiet cobbled lane situated just a stones throw away from the famous harbour, shops and restaurants. With amenities on your doorstep, it is the perfect property to immerse yourself in the charm and beauty of St Ives. There is a kitchen/ diner and living room on the first floor, with a double room, twin room and small single room on the second floor, making the sleeping arrangements perfect for a small family or group of friends. Please note that the property is positioned on the first and second floor and is accessed by five steep granite steps to the entrance porch. This may make it unsuitable for people with mobility restrictions.

FIRST FLOOR:
Kitchen/ Diner: Electric oven & hob, microwave, fridge, seperate built in freezer and breakfast bar, dining table and chairs. 
Lounge: 3 Seater settee, 2 matching armchairs, TV, electric fire.

SECOND FLOOR:
Bedroom 1:
  Double bed, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, wardrobes.
Bedroom 2:  Twin beds (3'), bedside cabinet, wardrobe.
Bedroom 3:  Single (2'6"), wardrobe.
Bathroom:  Large walk in shower enclosure with electric shower, airing cupboard, basin, w.c.

Parking:  No parking, but public pay & display car parks nearby - the nearest is at The Island.

 

Power & Heat: Gas & Electricity included, central heating throughout.
Bedding & linen: Bed linen and towels not provided for bookings commencing before October 2017. Linen and towels provided for all bookings commencing from 1st October 2017. Please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment:  Not provided but can be hired locally.
Shop: 0.1 ml Pub: 0.1 ml.

Notes:  No smoking, no pets, no wifi, mobile signal variable. 
NB: Property is accessed via five steep granite stone steps, and is positioned over two floors. This may make it unsuitable for people with limited mobility.

Very nice cottage, had a good amount of space and very comfortable. Really good location, right next to the beach and lots of shops and places to eat nearby. My friends and I had a great time staying here and would highly recommend !
