It is situated where in the early 1800s a co-operative union mill was built. It has been furnished and decorated with attention to detail, with modern contemporary styling throughout a great space to relax. Very well presented and equipped this delightful ground floor two bedroomed apartment is ideal for a quality holiday by the sea. Situated in the popular historic seaside town of Whitby it offers easy access to many tourist attractions. The apartment is close to Whitby's amenities including the leisure centre which is close by. You are only a short walk away from the cliff top with access to the beach via the cliff lift if you are lucky and the tide is out you can enjoy a lovely walk along the beach to Sandsend for a light lunch and then catch the bus back to Whitby with the stop just outside the property. Alternatively you could walk into the town and enjoy watching the sun set whilst enjoying a glass of wine at the bars overlooking the harbour. The picturesque North York Moors are just an easy drive away.

The apartment was lovely, clean and well equipped. The heating was on full blast, which was better than being cold. We just turned it down.

This lovely property is well within everything Whitby has to offer. Its so clean and comfortable and has the bonus of a parking space. This is the second visit to one union mill which speaks for itself. A great relaxing week away.

Superb Apartment, with modern open plan layout, fitted out with all the mod cons you would need for a "Home from Home" experience. Location good for getting into town for the Pubs and restaurants. The secure (Keypad Entry) gated car park for the residents is a great bonus and gives a peace of mind, ensuring your car is safe and sound.

One Union Mill is a modern, ground floor apartment, fantastically located for exploring Whitby and wider area. The dedicated parking bay is a real bonus. The accommodation is comfortable and well equipped and our bank holiday weekend visit went without a hitch. Thank you.
