Set over two levels the two bedroomed house is ideal for a small family or friends holidaying together or a couple where your dogs are welcome too. The views can be enjoyed from the living room and main bedroom and also from the tiered decking at the rear of the house. A great place to sit and watch the colourful sunsets over St George's Island. The South West Coast Path is a short walk away and the beach at Hannafore Point is dog-friendly all year round.

Dawn End Road is a private road and there is a Parking enforcement system in place. You are permitted a limited time of 10 minutes to unload and then your car will need to be moved to our garage or surrounding roads where the parking is unrestricted.

Advisable to leave the garage door open whilst parked in the garage to avoid someone parking in front of it! Additional free parking along Hannafore seafront around 3 minutes walk away.
