The view from Dawn End is out of this world! Its elevated position provides you with the most fantastic views over all of Looe town, Looe Bay and the open sea beyond. This lovingly-refurbished house is nestled on the hillside in a commanding position in the Hannafore area of West Looe and provides a warm and welcoming home-from-home. Decorated in coastal shades with bright soft furnishings, you will immediately feel that you are having a holiday by the beach.

Set over two levels the two bedroomed house is ideal for a small family or friends holidaying together or a couple where your dogs are welcome too. The views can be enjoyed from the living room and main bedroom and also from the tiered decking at the rear of the house. A great place to sit and watch the colourful sunsets over St George's Island. The South West Coast Path is a short walk away and the beach at Hannafore Point is dog-friendly all year round.

GARDEN AND PARKING: Parking for a small car in the small garage in front of the house. Patio area with garden furniture at the front and tiered decking areas to the rear with various seating options positioned to make the most of the views and sunshine. Dawn End Road is a private road and there is a Parking enforcement system in place. You are permitted a limited time of 10 minutes to unload and then your car will need to be moved to our garage or surrounding roads where the parking is unrestricted.

Pets Allowed: Max 2 dogs; £25 per pet per week
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; gas central heating .
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen & towels provided (please bring your own beach towels)
Baby Equipment: Travel cot, highchair and stairgate provided.
Shop: 0.6 ml Pub: 0.6 ml

NOTES: No smoking. WiFi provided. Mobile reception varies. Please note measurements of the garage are: 71.5" High and 84" wide for competent and confident drivers.. A Mondeo and Picasso have fitted in the garage previously. Vehicles must be parked in the garage at all times apart from loading/unloading. Advisable to leave the garage door open whilst parked in the garage to avoid someone parking in front of it! Additional free parking along Hannafore seafront around 3 minutes walk away. Dawn End Road is a private road and there is a Parking enforcement system in place. We were very impressed with this immaculate property and its gorgeous views of Looe and its sandy beach. We loved walking our dogs down the the dog friendly Hannafore beach before breakfast each morning (although you do need to climb about 150 back each time). The large bed is very comfortable and of good quality. I could just squeeze my MercedesRead more C class estate into the garage which made if very convenient. It a bit of a walk to East Looe town centre but the "The best Pub in Looe" is just at the bottom of the alley leading to the town and when the tide is in the ferry saves a couple of hundred yards. Very comfortable and well equipped cottage with lovely views over Looe beach and estuary. 10 minute walk into town and coastal path at the bottom of the hill. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely apartment with amazing sea and river views. Very clean, well equipped and modern and heating worked well when needed. (We stayed in November) Would stay again! Steep hill up to the apartment, but well worth it.

We loved our stay at Dawn End! The views were the highlight. Clean, well-equipped holiday accommodation with the bonus of parking. Garage is on the small side but we managed with a Jag XE. We liked the position on the West side of Looe - quieter and enjoyed the walks into town. We will rebook to stay here in the near future!

We had a wonderful time, the views were unbelievable over seeing the harbour. The house was lovely and cosy. Had everything you needed for your stay. If you liked to walk its a great place to stay. Would definitely recommend it. We would love to stay here again next year .

Amazing views, well equipped property, good location for Looe centre and Hannafore beach. Garage parking is tight and there are lots of steps, so be aware. Not a problem for us, but might be for some people.

What a fantastic place! The location is just perfect, the views absolutely stunning! It is a bit of a climb up the hill and steps etc just in case anyone has any mobility issues may not be that suitable but otherwise just perfect, the beds were super comfy, cottage very clean and tidy, everything we needed for our stay and made our holiday having sRead moreuch a nice place to come back to each day. As stated before it has its disadvantages ,the huge steps, but also is well equipped ,quiet ,and the views from the front fabulous ,however would not stay again ,wrong side of the river for us

This is our second stay at Dawn End and we wouldnt want to stay anywhere else in Looe! The views are incredible and the property is very well maintained and decorated throughout. An absolute gem.

Lovely property, very comfortable and spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped. Wonderful views over Looe and sea. However, renters need to be mindful of the controlled parking and the very small garage as well as very steep steps up to the property. Not sure it is a suitable property for elderly people.

Excellent position and views that are outstanding. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or anyone driving a large 4x4 or large car due to the restrictions for parking and the small garage. However if this is not an issue the location is incredible.

We had a really super time at Dawn End and didn't want to leave. We have stayed in many holiday cottages but Dawn End is definitely our favourite and look forward to visiting again. Everything was just perfect and so lovely and clean. Hope to be back very soon!
