Corner Cottage, in the tiny hamlet of Trevarren, provides the ideal base for your holiday in Cornwall having both the North and South coasts within easy reach.  Pets are welcome here and they will love the sandy expanses of the beaches in the Newquay or Padstow areas, all of which are only about a 20 minute drive.  From the peace and quiet at Corner Cottage the main road through Cornwall is less than a mile away, perfect for exploring the variety of landscapes ranging from coastal to moorland, small villages and larger towns in this fascinating county.  The Atlantic Coast line runs right across Cornwall from Par to Newquay and has a station within walking distance. You'll love returning to this lovely cottage after a busy day out and about, whether it's the cooler months and you're looking forward to lighting the multi fuel stove or are anticipating alfresco dining in the garden.

Kitchen: Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, slim line dishwasher, washer/dryer, Nespresso, DAB radio.  French doors leading to patio and garden.

Bedroom 1: King-size bed, dressing table, wardrobe
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3'), wardrobe
Bedroom 3: Bunks (3'), chest of drawers
Bathroom: Bath with hand held shower off mixer taps, separate thermostatic shower, w.c., basin

PARKING & GARDEN: Parking for 1 car in drive at front and 1 by garage at rear (garage note available for use), additional roadside parking. Untethered EV charger available for £50 per stay. Please select when booking. Enclosed, patio area, raised lawn area NB There is an unfenced drop from the lawned area to the patio.  There is an unguarded drop from the garden to the patio, please take care with young children.

Pets Welcome: Maximum 2 medium; £25 per pet per week
Power and Heat: Electricity and gas included in rent; full central heating, multi fuel stove in lounge
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels.

The property was very nice upstairs but needs attention downstairs as i would not rate it a 5 star as it is at the moment, the garden needs a good clean up and some work to rate it 5 star.

What a lovely home for a week away. Very clean, tidy and well kept. Felt homely. All the amenities we needed and felt very comfortable there. Was a lovely quiet area, but were close enough to a main road to get to where you needed to go easily. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

Lovely cosy cottage. Easy parking, extremely clean. Great beds, and the kitchen is very well equipped. Lounge is very comfortable. Shower is excellent, and overall its a great package and really good value for money. Owner was very accommodating, with a fast response to a question. Well worth a stay at this cottage

A delightful cottage, offering a cosey home from home feel. The cottage offered a quiet, relaxing retreat with a perfect little garden to the rear of the property. A great base for exploring parts of North Cornwall!

My husband and I stayed at Corner Cottage with our daughter and 7 year old grandaughter. We thought that it was comfortable and well thought out. All of us, yes even our grandaughter(!) are artists and we all agreed that it was well designed whilst at the same time it felt like a home

This is our 2nd visit , and The cottage is very well equipped with all you would need , including a washing machine , tumble dryer , hairdryer, iron and ironing board . The beds are very comfortable. The garden is large and enclosed. There are ample comfy sofas in the lounge to allow up to six people to sit comfortably.
