9 The Craighurst is simply stunning offering three bedroom accommodation which is light and spacious with plenty of room for six guests. This self catering holiday apartment has the living space on the first floor and bedrooms on the second floor. Oozing style and elegance with a seaside vibe, this much loved holiday home is a great option for a self catering holiday in Southwold. The property is well furnished and comfortable with plenty of room for guests to relax… in fact many visitors choose to return year after year for the spectacular uninterrupted sea views and the sunrise over the horizon. So don’t leave it too long to book! 

Southwold is a traditional coastal town famous for its pier, lighthouse, pastel coloured beach huts and fabulously fresh seafood! The town has some excellent independent shops, cafes and restaurants, be sure to call in for a pint of the acclaimed Adnams beer in one of the popular pubs.

GROUND FLOOR

Own front door opens into large entrance hall. Deckchairs and windbreak provided.

FIRST FLOOR

Sitting Room: TV/DVD, music centre, overlooking the beach and seafront, with door to the balcony. Kitchen/dining Room: Electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, table and chairs. French doors between the kitchen/diner and sitting room give a good through view to the sea. Study: table, chairs, sofa and sea views.

SECOND FLOOR

Bedroom 1: King size bed, TV and views of the beach and sea. Bedroom 2:  Twin beds and views of the beach and sea. Bedroom 3: Double bed and views of the Lighthouse and St Edmunds Church. Bathroom: Bath, separate shower cubicle, washbasin and WC.

Outside: Balcony with uninterrupted sea views. (Also used as the buildings Fire Escape, therefore care must be taken whilst in use)

Parking: No private parking.

Sleeps:.6 in 3 bedrooms.

Minimum hire: 3 nights. High season minimum stay 1 week.

Pets: Sorry, no pets. 

Heating: Gas central heating.

Notes: WiFi, linen and towels provided. Stairgate. Security deposit of £200 is required four weeks prior to your holiday. Check in: 4pm. Check out: 10am.

Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!

The property is wonderful. The location is perfect, the views stunning and it's been equipped really well. I would definitely recommend it, and fully expect to return in the future.

Such a really lovely stay, we come to southwold every year and have stayed in a different property every time but this will definitely be one we will return to. Attention to detail was evident, all of the home comforts were there and the views were so beautiful, definitely home from home and we really loved the house and location.
