Kitchen/dining Room: Electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, table and chairs. French doors between the kitchen/diner and sitting room give a good through view to the sea. Study: table, chairs, sofa and sea views.
SECOND FLOOR
Bedroom 1: King size bed, TV and views of the beach and sea. Bedroom 2: Twin beds and views of the beach and sea. Bedroom 3: Double bed and views of the Lighthouse and St Edmunds Church. Bathroom: Bath, separate shower cubicle, washbasin and WC.
Outside: Balcony with uninterrupted sea views. (Also used as the buildings Fire Escape, therefore care must be taken whilst in use)

Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!
