Ideal location with stunning views. Very well appointed and equipped apartment. Elderly or frail clients should avoid and consider other properties.

Really comfortable home with great sea views and lovely sun terrace. Very well equipped. Easy walk into Swanage. Lots to see and explore in the area. Car parking designed when cars were smaller, so if you have a large car it might be tricky and like much of Swanage, drive in to the development is quite steep.

An extremely well equipped and comfortable property with fabulous views overlooking Swanage Bay and Old Harry rocks. We immediately felt at home in the tastefully furnished surroundings. Restaurants, pubs and shops are within easy walking distance if you decide not to take the car. Would definitely come back.

Fabulous views. Lovely comfortable property with easy access to the beach and town centre.. We had a very enjoyable stay. When we returned to the property after a day exploring it felt like a home from.home and gave us a welcoming hug.

The apartment is in a great location for getting into town, without being too close, or for walking in the other direction along the cliff tops. Inside, everything was very clean, with fixtures/fittings of a quality you would fit in your own home - whilst the views, from both the living room and roof terrace, across the bay to Old Harry Rocks in thRead moree distance enhanced the propertys appeal. The property was beautiful, perfect location so easy to walk to town just a few minutes. The view was just amazing. We really appreciated the little extra touches the owner provided and to sit outside comfortably on the terrace and watch the activities on the sea was perfect.

This was our second stay in Ballard view and it didnt disappoint. Lovely well equipped property with wonderful sea views. We will be back again!

A great place to stay. Very comfortable, and well equipped.. Wonderful views. We enjoyed our stay. If you had a large car, I think you would find the car ports a bit tight.

Location was perfect, views over the bay & Pier was beautiful. The property is over 3 floors by the time I got to the top first time it wasnt the steps that made me breathless it was the view, the pictures dont do this home the justice it deserves. It was a perfect pre Christmas hide away. My other half enjoyed sketching the view & I loved cooking Read moreup a storm in the kitchen, we finished most nights at the dining table playing the games on the games shelf we had a great laugh & made many memories. The town has lots open even in November & if you have kids the Polar Express & the Christmas lights turn on was a lovely end to the holiday. We took a day trip to Corfe Castle & we went on the bus & the ride was great value some lovely shops & a couple of Art workshops if you wanted to buy from some very talented local artists. On Friday we went to the local market & Saturday the Chocolate Shop & the Art market in the beach huts. We had a lovely time & the owners check in with us on arrival by text which was appreciated. The apartment is stunning with the most amazing views and location. The beds were also really comfortable.The little extras like milk being in the fridge were really nice. I definitely will book it again

Fantastic property, the top floor is simply breath taking I could happily spend a week just taking in the view! Location excellent the short walk into town is enjoyable and having visited Swanage for many years it is great to be in a quieter area with parking.

Fabulous views over Swanage Bay and a wonderful location on the quieter side of town. Great to have access to the waterfront via the Haven gate. One thing to note is that the allocated car parking spaces are quite tight, especially if you have a wide or long car.
