Property is in a good position and has a parking space which is useful in RHB. Otherwise its looking quite tired and in need of a refresh. No working microwave when we arrived and it wasnt replaced until 2 days later. Property is advertised for 6 people but only space for 5 on the sofas in the lounge? No towels provided. In my opinion shouldRead more not be graded as 4 star, we have stayed in much better properties. Hide

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The house was brilliantly positioned in Robin Hood's Bay, and the views from the bedroom window were fantastic - I even spotted dolphins swimming by one morning! Very handy to have a parking space. Very comfortable, and had everything I needed. Would definitely return.

Great location for Robin Hoods Bay and surrounding areas. Such a convenience to have parking outside. Having 2 bathrooms plus a separate WC is great when there are a few of you although as noted in the details I would not recommend for 6 adults

A comfortable and spacious apartment with fantastic sea views from all windows at the back. The kitchen was very well kitted out, lovely large dining room and cosy lounge and plenty of space for a family of five with a dog. Little welcome pack with basics of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and essentials (dishwasher tabs, dishcloths, rubbish sacks) providRead moreed. We loved the location - at the top of Robin Hoods Bay with parking for one (more free parking on-street) - be aware it is a steep walk down and back up to the old town and sea. I think we would have liked to know that the flat has a shared entrance hall, and the door is literally right up to the bottom of the stairs of the house - a bit tricky for access, especially coming down. You can hear the neighbours in the Garden Flat below very well, although it didn't disturb us. Note most board games and records pictured in the listing have been removed and you are expected to strip beds when you leave and bag the linen up. Also - no towels provided - bring your own! Overall, a great stay in Robin Hoods Bay and we would consider returning. Hide

Great location and the parking space is a great bonus and helps loading and unloading hugely. Overall the property was good for us, but would benefit from a freshen up all round as parts of it felt quite tired and in need of a bit of love.
