Charmingly renovated, 5 Seaview is situated just behind the beach and car park at East Looe, with fabulous views out to sea. On a level seafront location within a minute of the promenade and famous Banjo Pier, as well as very close to the many shops, bars, cafes and restaurants of the town, 5 Seaview is the perfect location for those who like to be close to the seaside action. A short boat taxi trip across the river (40p tide permitting) leads to quieter West Looe and the fascinating rock pool beach at Hannafore seafront as well as some beautiful coastal scenery and footpaths. Walkers will love to walk the coast path to the charming village of Polperro and beyond and maybe hop on a bus back. There are miles of beautiful Cornish coastline in both directions, all waiting to be explored by foot, car or even boat. Boat trips including glass-bottom boat excursions, sea cruises, fishing trips and speed boat rides can all be booked from the nearby harbour. Inland, a 25 minute drive will take you to Bodmin Moor where you can discover Cornwall's mining heritage and view some of the historical mines and engine houses, as well as admire the wonderful, roaming cattle, ponies and wildlife. The popular Eden Project is 40 minutes away by car. This end-terrace two bed cottage oozes character with its exposed stone walls and beams, and a mix of fine contemporary furnishings adds a boutique-luxe feel. Laid out over 3 floors, the accommodation has an open plan, modern bespoke oak kitchen/diner and lounge/chill out area. On the first floor the double bedroom has dramatic sea and coast views and there is a family bathroom. Upstairs, the second floor has an additional relaxation area with a high vaulted ceiling and a light and airy decor, as well as more stunning sea and coastal views. A bunk bedroom leads off this room.

Beautiful location, very clean. It was wonderful to be so close to the sea/beach and have allocated parking (included in the price)so didn't have to use our car if we didn't wish to. Property is a across 3 floors, with beautiful views.

The cottage is right in the heart of Looe and the allocated parking make life much easier. We were no more than 10 mins from all the restaurants and bars, without having any hills to walk up on the way home. Also, look out for the sunrise the cottage is perfectly located.

Excellent property, has everything you need. Wonderful views from the cottage-the banjo pier. Car parking space is ideal meant my 83 yr old dad didnt have far to walk. Would highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again
