Decorated to a high standard, Harbour Cottage is very handy for the many delights to be found in the picturesque town of Padstow. The cottage offers well-equipped and comfortable accommodation located at the edge of the old town on the road leading up out of Padstow and also has the benefit of parking for 2 cars. 2 minutes' walk will take you to shops, pubs and many highly recommended restaurants, including Rick Stein's famous Seafood Restaurant.  Also within a short walk are beautiful sandy beaches and a lovely coastal walk within the estuary, which is also popular for water sports such as sailing and windsurfing.  A 5-10 minute drive gives you a choice of several spectacular sandy beaches and coves on the dramatic North Coast.

GARDEN & PARKING: Small paved area to front.  Patio to rear with gate leading to drive. Garden furniture.  Drive with parking for 2 cars (but 2 large cars may have difficulties).  

Prefered Changeover Day: Friday
Pets Welcome: Maximum 1 dog; £25 per week plus security deposit £50 per booking Information about bringing your pet.
Power and Heat: Gas and electricity included in rent; gas c.h./hot water; wood burning stove effect electric fire lounge.
Bedding and Linen: Pillows & duvets included, bed linen provided. Towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).
Baby Equipment: Not provided but can be hired.
Shop: 400 yds  Pub: 0.1 ml

Lovely cottage. Can park 2 cars. Could do with another bathroom if more than one couple. Excellent location. Would highly recommend and would come back.

We had a lovely stay at Harbour Cottage. Great location with estuary views from the main bedroom (although could get noisy with traffic in peak times). The courtyard was great for our dog and secure and being able to park at the property was a bonus.

We have stayed here many times and find it always immaculate. It used to be lovely to find flowers on the table and milk in the fridge as a welcome. We find the Friday to Friday letting means that we travel to and from Padstow on the most congested days of the week and, if we wanted to go to another cottage for the second week, many of them are froRead morem Saturday to Saturday. The position of the property is excellent. The property would benefit from a deep clean as it was clear in areas some household chores had been ignored over a period of time. Comfortable seating areas down stairs.

Loved our stay! Location is perfect!, so quiet and only a 3 min walk down to the harbour. Having parking and a secure courtyard garden for our little dog was key for us and this accommodation delivered. Plus the house was clean, comfortable and has everything you need. Would defo recommend
