1 Derw Cottages is one of a pair of former farm buildings converted to very high standards, on the owners’ farm located 1 mile above Trefeglwys (which has a pub serving food and a community-run shop), 4 miles north of the market town of Llanidloes. The cottage benefits from a range of shared recreational facilities on site – tennis court, junior football pitch, children’s adventure play area and a spacious games room with snooker, table tennis and darts.
The cottage has WiFi, oil-fired central heating.

Rhayader and the picturesque Elan Valley to the south, the historic market town of Machynlleth and southern edge of the Snowdonia National Park to the north.
