Jollies is a modern second floor apartment, accessed from the first floor by a spiral staircase and with a mezzanine that has rooftop sea views.  This apartment has a well equipped kitchen and is decorated to a high standard throughout.  The property is in an excellent position to explore St Ives, the boutique shops and restaurants and its wonderful beaches and is also close to local transport links.

Spiral staircase to second floor, which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Sanitary system poor, toilet overflowed, downstairs permanent resident came up to complain, said shower previously has also leaked into her property. Agents acted promptly but didnt stop neighbour mentioning it when we met on stairway on occasions. Have been a regular holiday maker here but as we. Are in 70s not upto dealing with flooding.

This apartment was in a good location and very well equipped. Entrance was difficult with luggage to carry. The bathroom was a bit small. It was clean and comfortable apart from the window surrounds and the floor.

On the whole the flat is clean and comfortable, noise from the road can at times be intrusive, a better range of crockery and glassware and cooking utensils needs to be addressed

The Cottage met our needs well. Walking access with luggage from the Railway Station worked OK for us, but may not suit everyone. Carrying luggage up the 3 staircases was challenging, but we were well advised in advance, we managed it well and only had to do it once!.
