The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is spacious, light and airy with the contemporary furnishings and differing muted wall paint creating a feeling of peace and tranquillity. The modern kitchen area has a dining table placed near the window to enjoy the countryside and distant sea views; whilst the living room has plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy the wall-mounted Smart television. Both bedrooms are beautifully decorated and share the use of a shower room with large walk-in shower. Outside the apartment, there is one allocated parking space and the garage. The short walk from The Beach Snug to the beach will take a couple of minutes. This three-mile long stretch of golden sand is renowned for its cleanliness, water quality and facilities. Lifeguards ensure safe swimming during the summer and surfers come from all over the country to enjoy the great waves and clean water. The beach has been voted the number 1 beach in the UK by Tripadvisor in 2015 & 2016. It also holds the ‘England for Excellence Gold Award’ for best family resort and was voted the Best British Beach in the Mail On Sunday. Woolacombe itself is a lively village with great pubs, restaurants and places to stay. For the more experienced golfers amongst you, there is a 9-hole pitch and putt course in the grounds of Woolacombe Bay Hotel. A small admission fee is charged but hours of entertainment are guaranteed.
