Annabel's Cottage is a beautiful property situated in the heart of Whitby on the West Cliff in a quiet yard off Flowergate. It offers spacious and attractive accommodation for up to seven people and has a small courtyard with outside seating and access to a lockable outhouse for storing bicycles, pushchairs or other large items. There are some lovely views towards the Abbey from the top floor. Conveniently located close to the beach and all amenities, the cottage is ideal for family seaside holidays.

GROUND FLOOR

Entrance: Hallway.

Lounge: TV with FreeSat, feature fireplace

Kitchen/Dining Room: Fridge with an icebox, gas hob with electric oven and grill, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, dining table and chairs.

FIRST FLOOR

Bedroom 1: Double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, travel cot.

En-suite Bathroom: Bath, shower over the bath, toilet, washbasin, heated towel rail.

Bedroom 2: Two single beds, wardrobe, cupboard space.

Family bathroom: Bath, shower over the bath, toilet, washbasin, heated towel rail

SECOND FLOOR

Fairly steep stairs.

Bedroom 3: Single room (small double bed), wardrobe.

Bedroom 4: Double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers.

Pets: 2 well behaved pets welcome.
Parking: On-street parking with scratch cards on a first come first served basis.
Garden/Patio: Courtyard garden with keys provided for outhouse for storing bikes/pushchairs etc.
Heating: Gas central heating.
Short breaks: Not accepted at peak times.
Notes: Towels are not provided. Unlimited WiFi is available free of charge. No smoking at this property. Cot, high chair and stair gate at the bottom of the stair available.

Fantastic cottage with everything we needed. Very clean and modern. Superb location- quiet alley but so central off flowergate. Bigger than you think on first seeing it. Superb views of the abbey from bedroom windows. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, in the middle of Whitby but very quiet. House very well equipped, clean with comfortable beds. Would stay again if visiting around that area.

Excellent location - central but quiet - and good sized rooms make it a great place to stay. Cosy but still able to cope with a larger group, so good for family groups. Would recommend.

Welcome pack no use without milk! Only one key for up to 7 people, not practical. We paid for another one to be cut. Both these points have been repeatedly raised in guest comments book. Bowls in high kitchen cupboard, only reachable by people over 5ft 6, may have been fitted by same person who placed bathroom mirror too high. 4 toilet rolls only jRead moreust enough for 4 of us so how would more guests manage?
