We stayed at the cottage as 4 adults, it was probably the best cottage we have stayed in. It was so clean, beds comfy, and all the added extras made life easier, hand soap, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, cloths and a lovely welcome basket just to name a few bits. The walk to the harbour was less than a minuet down the hill and the walk alRead moreong the harbour wall to the beach was about 20mins but there is also a car park so if walking is out the question you can still get to the beach. We will definitely return very soon. Hide

Great cottage in a great location. Stairs are very steep up to one bedroom but this is highlighted in the description.

The cottage is in a great location, however walking into cobwebs and a couple of areas of peeling paint spoiled our first impressions !

The cottage is ideally located, just a 2 minute stroll to the Quayside and French's Fish and Chip shop. Car parking at the cottage is definitely a good thing as on-street parking is very limited. The area has a nice, peaceful feel and many shops and restaurants are open, even out of season. The cottage is comfortable with plenty of space and an Read moreinteresting layout that really works well, in my opinion. For people who want to explore the area along the coast without using a car, there appears to be a regular bus service to and from Hunstanton (and probably elsewhere) with a stop along the Quayside. We are planning to re-visit Wells Next the Sea later in the year, and we won't hesitate to return to Corner Cottage if it is available. Hide

Corner Cottage is right in the heart of Wells Next The Sea - just a short walk from the baker, the quay, the shops and Wells Maltings (the arts centre). You can also do walks straight from the house. We managed to fit three cars in the drive saving a lot on parking fees. The house was perfect for our party of six as one bedroom has a separate staRead moreircase - good for older parents with earlier bedtimes! There is a very well-equipped kitchen (we tried an air fryer for the first time) plus a utility room with washer and drier which we used as our bar area. The lounge has plenty of seating and a good size TV plus a selection of DVDs and books and some games. At the top of the cottage is a den with sofas and kitchen area - a great hangout for teens. We really enjoyed our stay. Hide

Wonderful stay at Corner Cottage! There is lots of room, the utility was really handy for leaving all of our beach gear in and some of our food supplies! Amazing location close to everything, pubs at the Buttlands, beach, shops etc. We easily got our 2 small cars onto the driveway which was such a plus and still enjoyed a glass of wine in the gaRead morerden watching the world go by. French's fish and chips and Flour pizza were firm favourites! Hide

What a find for us. Close to the quayside and in the centre of Wells with two parking spaces, this cottage was an absolute delight. The stairs to the master bedroom and upper annex are not for the unsteady of foot. The amenities on offer are great. We had lovely evenings in the lounge reading books or watching TV/DVDs. Wells-Next-the-Sea out of sRead moreeason doesnt feel sad, as other places do, the locals are very friendly. A warm and welcoming place. Hide

Cottage is in a great location and has parking for two cars. It is very suitable for 6 people but the sofa beds in the annexe are very uncomfortable so wouldnt recommend it for 8 people.
