This lovely property is only a few minutes walk from the quayside shops in the popular town of Wells-next-the-Sea. Corner Cottage has been completely renovated to include a new loft conversion which is accessed via its own staircase. The original building is over three storeys and there is a stunning view of Wells harbour from the second floor studio. With parking and a patio-style garden, this is an ideal base for a relaxing holiday at any time of the year. Shop/Pub: within walking distance

Wells is a popular town set behind a small harbour on the beautiful North Norfolk Coast. It is possible to travel from the town by narrow-gauge steam railway to the sandy beach, which is backed by pine woods. The beach is one mile from the town and has a car park and tea rooms. It is an ideal location for a holiday at any time of the year and the area is famed for ornithology and has many excellent walks. Amenities in the town include amusements, great pubs, restaurants and many interesting shops.

We were a family of 6 adults. The cottage had everything we needed, provided with generosity. Location is brilliant. Car parking a bonus.

What a find for us. Close to the quayside and in the centre of Wells with two parking spaces, this cottage was an absolute delight. The stairs to the master bedroom and upper annex are not for the unsteady of foot. The amenities on offer are great. We had lovely evenings in the lounge reading books or watching TV/DVDs. Wells-Next-the-Sea out of sRead moreeason doesnt feel sad, as other places do, the locals are very friendly. A warm and welcoming place. Hide

Cottage is in a great location and has parking for two cars. It is very suitable for 6 people but the sofa beds in the annexe are very uncomfortable so wouldnt recommend it for 8 people.

A really convenient place in Wells which was a great base for North Norfolk. It was even better than the pictures showed it on the net and the parking was a brilliant must have.

Plenty of space, warm and well equipped with an excellent location in the centre of town. Parking for two cars is a real bonus. Sea view is only from top floor. Outdoor space great for afternoon sun but is not very private.

Great property in the perfect spot. As already mentioned, the stairs to the master and annexe were steep, but that wasnt a problem for us. We found the layout perfect for our parents on one side of the house and us with the children on the other. So this house would be great for those with either the same situation or older children. The kiRead moretchen is well equipped and the utility area is huge. Perfect for storing our buggy and all the baby things. All mattresses were extremely comfortable. The drive area is a really good size. Managed to get 2 cars on comfortably. Lovely stay - Thank you Hide

Lovely place and location. Plenty of room in this quirky set out cottage. Well equipped. Warm. De prayed for Christmas which was fab. Parking was a godsend. Suggestions-good memory foam mattress toppers needed for sofa beds and new larger towels.
