We think you are going to love Curlews. As soon as you walk in through the door you feel at home straightaway. Well-equipped, roomy and comfortable, with two bath/shower rooms, a second TV in the twin room and pretty pots of flowers on the raised terraced which takes advantage of the sea and countryside views, this is an ideal family house. Situated at the end of a quiet lane in the village of Trevone you are about a 15 minute stroll down to the sandy beach. Trevone has a well-stocked farm shop, a cafe just above the beach and the local pub is just two minutes walk away. Not only ideal for summer holidays the woodburner at Curlews allows for winter breaks in front of a cosy fire with a good book or DVD. Perfect!

Must be in our top 5 and when we return to Trevone we will put this on our wish list. We know good and bad owners. This is a good one. Unlike one at Praa Sands a few years back whereby we had one loo roll, a bed past its prime.

Great peaceful location with short walk to the beach. Good view over to the round hole on the cliffs. The house has a very well equipped kitchen and beautifully furnished. Lovely garden and terrace to sit out on. We can recommend it!

Our family of four had a lovely stay at Curlews in Trevone. It is private and in a quiet area, a 10 minute walk at the most to the beach. Lovely coastal walk to Harlyn bay in one direction and a long coastal walk or shorter walk on footpaths across fields to Padstow in the other direction. The bungalow is spacious, light with big windows and viewsRead more to the sea and the Big Hole up on the cliff. The beds and settees were comfy, the showers were good and there was lots of room for coats and shoes in the entrance area. We love Curlews, and re-booked for August 2025 whilst we were there this year! The house is well-located for the beach and the farm shop, and is very well-equipped, with everything you could need for your holiday, and we are looking forward to next summer already!

We had a lovely stay at Curlews - the house was clean and spacious and the large lounge and terrace were a perfect spot to look out to sea and watch the sun set. Bathrooms were modern and the kitchen was well equipped. The shop is a 5 minute walk and its not too far to the beach and all the wonderful coastal walks. Very comfortable, clean and well equipped bungalow. Lovely terrace and seating area in the garden. Suited our group (husband and myself with 2 grown up daughters and each had a friend). We would definitely return here.

The cottage is in a superb location for access to local walks and Padstow. Amenities are good but need to be checked before guest arrival as there were problems with heating and hot water systems. All of these could have been more quickly resolved with readily accessible information. The housekeeper was very helpful in trying to resolve the issues.Read more We had a very enjoyable stay despite these issues and were sorry to leave Trevone.
