All three light and fresh bedrooms are located on the first floor. There are two double bedrooms, and a single bedroom with an additional pull-out bed to accommodate another guest if needed. Completing the property is the family shower room.

Outside, a decked veranda with outdoor furniture overlooking a small enclosed courtyard with mature shrub provides the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or glass of wine at the end of a busy day and more space for the dog to run, or children to burn of energy, Tibby's Green Playground is just 0.1 miles and sits alongside the stunning St Edmunds Church.
