Barn Owl is a beautiful luxury property with hot tub and private off street parking. It has two bedrooms, all the rooms are situated on the ground floor level so the cottage may be suitable for guests with mobility problems. The cottage is located at the top of the cliff, only a few minute drive to the seaside village of Staithes, with shops, pubs and restaurants. Barn Owl can be used in conjunction with Tawny Owl (WA021).  HOT TUB IS SHARED WITH TAWNY OWL (WA021)

This was a really comfortable place for a holiday . It was well equipped and theerebwas a lovely welcome pack The owner lives on site and was extremely helpful with a query about accessing the internet for my laptop..

A lovely property which has all the things you need for a relaxing break. Hosts were available if needed but as the property has been well thought out and presented we didn't need them! Definitely recommend.

Thought the holiday cottage was lovely and in a great location. We wouldn't recommend it to friends or family because of the shower

A lovely well equipped cottage, we throughly enjoyed our stay for the week. Setting was perfect. The hot tub was fabulous! Drive to Whitby was 20 minutes with stunning views of the coast.

A beautiful cottage very conveniently located for exploring Staithes and the surrounding areas. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you would need for a high-quality self catering stay. The private courtyard and hot tub were very peaceful and relaxing.

A few very minor issues that detracted from the enjoyment, namely excessive in your face signage, esp when watching tv, fire extinguisher also too in your face, no cheese grater, no squeegee in wet rooms.
