Being so close to the High Street shops and just a short walk from the beach, Dunlin is a great choice for those experiencing Southwold for the first time as well as those coming back for more. This holiday home provides guests with three cosy bedrooms as well as three bathrooms facilities making this property ideally suited to friends holidaying together as well as families. Inside Dunlin has been completed to a high standard with a contemporary finish. Throughout the ground floor there is oak flooring and underfloor heating and emphasis on light and spaciousness. An appealing feature is the large open plan area which is perfect for everyone to socialise together but should anyone require a quieter zone, head upstairs to the second floor snug room where you can relax in the comfy chairs with a good book and enjoy views over the nearby recreation area. A great feature for the summer season is the decked area outside the sitting area, great for al-fresco dining and a glass of wine. To make your holiday even easier, Dunlin even comes with off-road parking for one car - this Southwold holiday home really does have it all!

Heating: Underfloor heating on the ground floor, gas central heating on the first and second floors.
Notes: Wi-Fi and towels provided. Travel cot and highchair available to use. 

Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocer with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is less than 500m away!

Very comfortable and well equipped property, superbly located in centre of town. We would very much like to stay here again. The welcome pack of alcoholic and soft drinks, milk, coffee and biscuits etc was much appreciated.

The house is smart and comfortable, with a supply of games including table tennis bats and balls for use on the outdoor table in the nearby park. Also, well placed for the town centre, yet quiet, tucked away in a private alley. As users of an electric vehicle, we found the charger a major plus point, as public chargers are a bit sparse in the area.

Dunlin was an ideal property suiting all three generations of our family. A welcoming, bright well equipped modern property over 3 floors enabling each bedroom to have their own bathroom facilities. The addition of the small garden barbecue area was an added bonus.
