Overview
The Chestnuts is a fantastic ground floor barn conversion located in Galmpton, a little village on the outskirts of Paignton and Brixham. This barn has a total of 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 guests. It is in very close proximity to the local village shop and Inn and a number of wonderful educational walks as well as the world famous Greenway House, the family home of Agatha Christie now run by the National Trust. The cottage itself occupies a very large corner plot within a select residential development of similar conversions on the edge of the village. The Chestnuts' own private rear gardens are a delight and provide a very large space for guests to relax. The accommodation is spacious and modern and is ideal for a family or couples travelling together looking for a holiday base conveniently located to explore all the attractions that South Devon offer.

Living
The living room has two plush sofas, a large flat screen tv with freeview, a dvd player and a wooden coffee table. The doors in the living room lead onto the communal front courtyard and also rear doors that lead to the conservatory. Wi-fi is also available.

Conservatory
The conservatory houses a dining table and chairs and a three seater leather sofa. The doors lead onto the rear gardens, perfect for watching the children playing on a warm summers evening.

Kitchen
The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen also follows on to the conservatory.

Bedrooms
The Chestnuts has a total of 3 bedrooms, bedroom 1 has a king size bed with two bedside cabinets and bedside lamps, there a dresser table and a full length mirror. This bedroom has an ensuite with a shower, handbasin and wc.

Bedroom 2 houses a superking bed, which are zip and link therefore, you've got the option of separating them for two single beds.

Bedroom 3 has 3ft bunk beds with a cute nautical theme perfect for children.

Bathrooms
There's a total of 2 bathrooms at The Chestnuts, the master bedroom has an ensuite with shower, handbasin and wc. The second bathroom is the family bathroom which houses a bath with a wall mounted shower, wc and handbasin. A cloakroom is also available with a wc and handbasin.

Outside Space
The Chestnuts has a wonderful large rear garden which is fully furnished.

Parking
Parking for two cars is available in an allocated parking space. (Campers/Caravans/Boats and Cars over 8 Seats not permitted)

Please note: Dogs must be on a lead outside the gate. No Stag/Hen parties

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable to Original Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
