Located in an independently owned holiday park, and just next door to its seasonal bar, this family-friendly holiday home invites groups to unwind in comfort and enjoy fun-filled days packed with activities. On-site, visitors can take advantage of 30 minutes of private swimming per day in the indoor pool, as well as a children’s play area, a dog walking area, and a seasonal bar and snack shack. During the busiest months, the park comes alive with events such as bingo, live music and karaoke. There's also a private beach with a waterfall, and easy access to further beaches along the beautiful Somerset coastline. The property is set on the edge of the Quantock Hills, where nature-rich landscapes and wildlife-filled vistas await discovery. Just 6 miles away lies Exmoor National Park, home to rare Exmoor ponies and scenic destinations such as the medieval village of Dunster (10 miles). This converted mill house retains much of its original charm, with a traditional stone facade, high ceilings and exposed beams throughout.

Upon arrival, step into the spacious kitchen/diner, styled with a farmhouse feel and well equipped for preparing delicious meals. Next door, the lounge is decorated in soft, buttery tones, bathed in natural light and offering a lovely view of the pond opposite via French doors, which also provide easy access to the outdoor space. Comfortable sofas are arranged around a cosy electric fire and Smart TV, creating the perfect setting for relaxing evenings once the curtains are drawn. Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms and a family shower room. The master bedroom is a generous king with views across the duck pond and surrounding countryside. The remaining two rooms are both twins, ideal for sharing – one of which features a Juliet balcony, and both boast charming, beamed ceilings.

Outside, to the side of the property, a patio has been furnished for your comfort – a peaceful spot to enjoy the last of the day's sun. Access this space via the French doors in the lounge, then head around the corner and up a few steps to reach the patio. Guests also have access to on-site facilities, including the indoor swimming pool, seasonal bar and snack shack, children’s play area, and dedicated dog exercise area. Guests will benefit from private parking for two cars.
