Plan a family getaway at this spacious detached bungalow. It’s located on the edge of Llandre, a charming Welsh village known for its sloped cemetery and an ancient yew tree that’s over 2,000 years old. You’ll have the delightful Borth Beach just 3 miles away, with gently shelving, golden sand and a hive of activity for water sports fans. Or head 4 miles south to Aberystwyth, a vibrant Victorian seaside resort and university town – stroll down the scenic promenade, head up the cliff railway and enjoy a bite to eat in one of many excellent eateries. Ynyslas Sand Dunes (5 miles), a striking nature reserve with a visitor centre, is bound to tempt nature lovers. Or for a memorable afternoon out, venture 12 miles to the iconic Devil’s Bridge Falls, where dramatic waterfalls and winding trails have been drawing visitors for centuries.

On arrival, you’ll step into a small games room which leads to a utility area and then into the spacious kitchen/diner – the heart of the home. This space has lovely country-style units, wooden flooring, a dining table for relaxed meals and a lounge area with armchairs located next to sliding patio doors. To the left is a separate lounge with plenty of relaxation space including a corner sofa. To the right, a cosy twin bedroom leads through to a double room with its own en-suite shower room. Further down the hallway, there’s another double bedroom with access to a small single, also featuring an en-suite shower room. Continuing along, find a generous king-size room, and at the very end, a family bathroom.

Outside, the enclosed garden provides a peaceful space to enjoy the fresh air, with patio furniture provided and serene countryside views. The highlight is the luxurious swim spa – ideal for unwinding after a day out exploring. There is private parking for three cars.
