This impressive holiday home enjoys a prime position in the popular coastal town of Amble. This luxurious, pet-friendly property welcomes up to eight guests with ample space across three levels for friends and families to spread out and relax in stylish surroundings. Amble has a bustling marina and a great range of independent shops, cafes bars, and renowned restaurants. Head to the harbour, where you’ll find a collection of retail pods, selling everything from handmade crafts to fresh seafood. For wildlife enthusiasts, a boat trip to Coquet Island is a must, to see the resident seals and breeding puffins in the season. A short walk along the river brings you to medieval Warkworth Castle (1.5 miles), its lovely village and its beach. Discover more fantastic beaches nearby, including a long, sandy stretch at Druridge Bay Country Park (3 miles). Local day trips include the picturesque seaside village of Alnmouth (6 miles) and Alnwick Castle and Gardens (9 miles).

The large, family home really does have the wow factor, with a wonderful collection of statement furniture, bold fixtures and fittings, and bespoke design elements. Great attention has been paid to the lighting throughout the property, allowing you to perfectly set the mood for every occasion. The property also has cosy, underfloor heating throughout. Inside, take off walking boots in the hallway and store outdoor attire in the handy utility/boot room. From here, move through to the gorgeous, open-plan kitchen/diner, where you’ll find an array of high-specification appliances and plenty of worktop space to cater for a large group. Perch at the sleek breakfast bar with a glass of wine as you wait for the dinner to cook, before gathering at the beautiful dining table for a meal to remember. In summer months, throw open the French doors to the courtyard to further extend the social space. The kitchen/diner is separated from the ground-floor lounge by a partial dividing wall housing a stunning flame-effect electric fire. After dinner, move through to the lounge to recline on the plump, L-shaped sofa and watch a movie together on the Smart TV. Heading upstairs, discover three inviting bedrooms – two with king-size beds and one with a double – all with calming, neutral decor and their own en-suite shower rooms. On the second floor, you’ll find a spacious, chalet-style lounge with a vaulted ceiling, floor-to-ceiling picture windows, comfortable seating, and mood lighting. This room is also home to a luxurious, Italian-style, sunken infinity bath where you can rest and recharge at the end of a busy day. The Smart TV can be repositioned, so it can be enjoyed from both the sofa or the infinity bath. French doors open from this room onto the west-facing balcony – the perfect spot for a sundowner. A stylish, king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room completes this floor.

Along with the second-floor balcony, at the rear of the property is an enclosed courtyard garden with festoon lights and an array of furniture for outdoor entertaining in the summer months. The large garage is available for guests to use during the stay and private parking is available for two cars.

Lovely house. Lots of space for people to come together and spend time apart. Close to centre of Amble where you are spoilt for choice with pubs and restaurants. Feels safe and cosy. Loved my birthday celebration here with the family. Nice to be able to take my dog to such a lovely house.
