If the bright lights of the city beckon, the cathedral city of Exeter is 30 miles away. Walkers will want to venture into the Blackdown Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, while lovers of history can explore the beautiful Forde Abbey and Gardens, just 7.5 miles away.

Head through the patio to reach the front door of this single-storey property, and step into its open-plan living space.
