Upon entering this stunning converted barn, you're greeted by an impressive hallway where a sweeping oak staircase takes centre stage. We had a fabulous time in a fabulous property. It was well located allowing us to go off in to Morecambe, Lancaster, Preston or Blackpool. The property had everything, we enjoyed watching Netflix in the hottub on the tele and chilling in the lounge when we came in. The owner very kindly posted valuable possessions which were left behind by the chilRead moredren. We have stayed in a number of top end holiday homes and this is up there. The property is beautiful and we were all delighted by it. We were attending for a 40th birthday, so it was lovely to be able to relax in one large area with plenty of room for dining together also. The kitchen was well equipped and the owner had left us some essentials plus some luxury food items, which is a really nice touch. Excellent well equipped house. One of the best holiday homes we have stayed in. Steve was great and nothing was a bother. Hot tub was also one of the largest we've had. We loved our stay at the Old Shippon. Immediately we noticed how clean the house felt and how cared for it was. It is spacious and fresh feeling. The hot tub was great. Lovely property, lots of thought put into making everyone comfortable, beds especially luxurious all had great night sleeps . Area great for exploring lots of different walks a short drive away . Both our dogs loved it too lots of space for them . Highly recommend.

Probably the best holiday home we have stayed in. It was immaculately clean and had everything you could need. The house was beautiful and spacious.
