We had a very enjoyable stay at Laburnum Annex, the accommodation is comfortable, well equipped and in a peaceful setting. Just a short drive away is Horncastle with its many Antique shops, a little further afield is history Lincoln and a day out to Skegness was very pleasant. Such a lovely cottage, close to downtown Horncastle (actually walking distance) and adjacent to the Durham Ox an excellent eating and water "hole". Traditional pub with great food and libations. The hosts are on site, and so friendly. The cottage is new, so clean and extremely comfortable. Would book again in a heart beat. Also close to Woodhall SpRead morea, Louth, Lincoln and Skegness. We used it as a base for visiting family. Also, excellent views from the rear of the property of the Wolds. Hide

A superbly equipped spacious cottage with an excellent welcome pack including fresh flowers. Fifty yards from a nice pub serving decent food and a mile from Horncastle with more pubs and restaurants, what more could you want?

We've had a fabulous stay in Laburnum Annex, itt's a lovely cottage which has been finished to a really high standard, the owners have thought of everything & made us feel so welcome. Its well situated with lots of places to visit whatever the weather, we would definitely stay there again, we were sorry to leave!

Had a wonderful stay, property was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Excellent, friendly pub within walking distance, enjoyed our meal there. Property was in a good location to visit various places. Owners were very helpful and friendly. If we return to the area we would rebook this property, was everything we wanted!

This was an extremely upmarket and comfortable place to stay. The hosts were super helpful and friendly. The location was central and it was lovely and quiet at night. The Durham Ox was a very short walk away and there were good meals available.
