Just had a wonderful week here. The house is very spacious and cleaned to a high standard. It has a fresh feel and has everything you would need while away. The location is great, a short walk from shops, pubs ect but it's also quiet. It's a great base to explore teesdale beyond. We will definitely come back!

We loved our stay at Desmond House. The house was just perfect, comfortable with everything we needed. Lovely walks from the house and only a short drive from Low and High Force. Walking distance to the pub and the village was great.
