I would highly recommend this holiday house, it really was a home-from-home and we had a lovely few days' stay there. The location of the holiday home is excellent, ideal for walking the dog on the nearby beach, and the house is well furnished and seems to be a much-loved home. A lovely property. Excellent location being a short walk from shops and beach. We enjoyed the pier on Christmas Eve and a lovely morning walk on the sandy beach Christmas morning.

Felt like home immediately, warm and well equipped. Location perfect for beach walks. Garden secure for our doggies and beautifully landscaped.

We really enjoyed our stay, fantastic location just a short walk to the beach which our dogs loved. Also just a 10 min walk to the Victory pub, fish n chips and pie n mash. Nice garden which our dogs explored enthusiastically every day. We lost our dog sitter during COVID and as we won't put them in kennels this was our first holiday since then. Location of the house cant be faulted, near to the beach, short walk into town, seafront is also very close by. Also really good if you have a dog because of the secure garden and handy outdoor shower. Theres a quirky feel to the property, which is part endearing, part confusing. Some nice touches with the bare wood floorboards and comfy beds, but Read morethe dusty ribbon rolls on the shelves and the crazy lampshades in the bedrooms ??. We loved our stay here, the location is amazing; the beach is incredibly close by, and it's probably the best bit of beach between Walton and Frinton! The house is great, a lovely space to relax in. The kitchen is well appointed, and we appreciated the beach trolley too!

The cottage is in a great location, 15 minutes by foot from an Aldi & M&S food stores. 15 minute walk into the centre. Can access beach in 10 minutes and can see the sea from bedroom window. Train station 10 minutes. Quiet Road. Lovely enclosed garden great for dogs. Nice summer house. Family friendly.

We had a brilliant holiday my husband, step son and our fur babies really enjoyed our stay. It really was like home from home. The location was great with just a short walk to the beach. We would highly recommend this place and we will definitely be coming again
