A beautiful family cottage, set in just under an acre of peaceful countryside, with scenic surroundings, for the perfect escape with lots of space inside and out. Sitting on the edge of the Wolds in a peaceful farming hamlet, you have wonderful walks and cycling right on your doorstep. Horncastle sits just 7 miles away, famous for its many antiques and collectables shops and offering an abundance of independent shops, cafes, and restaurants. Louth, just under 10 miles, is a Georgian market town, known for its specialist grocers, and local butchers. It is also home to The Cheese Shop, which has gained nationwide recognition, including in The Daily Telegraph, The Guardian, and on The Hairy Bikers' Food Tour of Britain. Mablethorpe with its award winning blue flag sandy beaches is just over 23 miles away, with lots of wonderful attractions, such as the aquarium, laser quest and wildlife sanctuary. Not to mention some fabulous fish and chip shops to be enjoyed right by the water. The cathedral city of Lincoln is 22 miles away with an impressive selection of high street and boutique shops and if you're looking for a relaxing spa day why not head to Woodhall Spa and golf club 12 miles away.

Heading into the property itself, the entrance hallway is the perfect space for leaving your coats and shoes, with a ground floor shower room just off of here, you can quickly wash off any muddy paws before entering the main living and dining areas. The kitchen sits in the heart of the home, you are immediately welcomed into this lovely vibrant space with modern coloured kitchen units. Well-equipped with dishwasher, washer/dryer and with plenty of storage, it is easy to imagine yourself gathering with family for those special occasions and cooking together. One way from the kitchen, leads off into the living room, with lovely warm and inviting colour accents and multi fuel burner, perfect for cosy evenings in, playing games, reading or watching TV. There are some wonderful unique furniture pieces in here, with a nod back to history blending with comfortable modern soft seating. The dining room offers another area to sit, with multi fuel burner and plenty of seating for everyone to come together and dine, as well as lovely soft seating for people to relax in, you are spoilt for choice of where to spend your time. Upstairs you are met with a family wing of the property, where there is a king size bed (which can be made into a twin on request) with another room off from it which can be used as a dressing room, with room for the travel cot,  meaning that this could comfortably sleep two adults and a child and babe in arms. There is a twin room offering two singles, and then the master room is a spacious double with its own en-suite. The family bathroom has a lovely roll top bath, which allows you to enjoy the rolling countryside views whilst settling into some bubbles and taking your time in this peaceful space.

Outside can be reached through either the patio doors in the dining room, living room, or from the front door, offering lots of ways to connect to the outside. There is bench seating and a large lawned area at the front, with far outstretched country views and fruit trees on the lawn. At the back of the property are some wonderful dining benches, enjoying the best sunny spots and creating the perfect space for everyone to make the most of the stunning outside spaces this property enjoys.

Great cottage, very quiet surroundings and lovely place to spend a holiday. Very clean and comfortable with everything you need for your stay. I would recommend Louth over Horncastle if you want to have a potter round a town and we did several great walks directly from the cottage. This lovely holiday cottage, really is a Home from Home. We were there on a really cold week, so it was lovely to be able to warm up by the fire. The kitchen is great, everything you need to cook a proper meal, which isnt always the case. Lovely big garden which I bet is so well used in the summer. Great location. East End Cottage is a very comfortable house and we had a lovely stay there in November. It is a super location from which to explore the Lincolnshire Wolds and it is easy to get to Lincoln which is a fascinating city. We would thoroughly recommend staying at East End Cottage

Excellent cottage situated in a large secure garden, good for the dogs. Plenty of room to park multiple cars. Two roomy lounges with comfortable sofas, one also having the large dining table. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need, including another smaller table. The bedrooms were very good and our granddaughter liked her smaller one off tRead morehe main bedroom. Lovely homely cottage with every piece of equipment to make your stay perfect. Nothing is too much trouble for the owner or housekeeper. A perfect spot to relax and enjoy the Lincolnshire countryside but within easy reach of many interesting places to visit. Horncastle is a short drive and Louth with more variety of shops is nearby. The Cottage was first class. Location was excellent. Their are plenty of walks in the Wolds that can be done close to the cottage location, or you can make your own starting from the cottage. The cottage's facilities are excellent from the kitchen to the wood burning stoves to the roll top bath, highly recommended.

If you are looking for peace and tranquility, with a large dog friendly garden, then look no further than East End Cottage in Ranby, Lincolnshire. Lovely cottage that's spacious inside and out. It's very well equipped and beautifully decorated. The village is totally peaceful apart from the odd cow mooing and the dogs next door. Great location for walks and cycling and there is a custom OS map centred on the cottage which is ideal for planning. The village has no facilities but there are supeRead morermarkets in Horncastle Louth and Market Rasen within 30mins drive. An excellent stay in a very spacious, well equipped cottage with stunning views over the countryside. Exceedingly well supported by a most helpful owner who replied to any requests immediately. East End Cottage was perfect for our get together and we would have no hesitation in booking again when we next visit the region.

A lovely cottage which appears to have been very recently upgraded. All fittings and contents were virtually new and the rooms were cosy and stylish. The log burner really lifted the room on the dark nights. The garden is lovely even in the Winter and the views are gorgeous. Lincoln (stunning) and Louth (very nice too) are within 30 minutes, with HRead moreorncastle for shops and eateries 15 minutes. Admiral Rodney Hotel is great for a Sunday Lunch and more and the Peking Chef is a really nice takeaway. Hide
