Head through the front door of this lovely property and into the stone flagged hallway with a large map showing you the area. The generous kitchen/diner is off the hallway with views to the front courtyard, with exposed beams and a warming Aga adding to the farmhouse style. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of modern appliances so the family chef can create a range of meals. There is a a large farmhouse table where you can enjoy sitting together at mealtimes and a Smart TV on the wall for entertainment. There is a downstairs WC and the utility room is across the hallway, perfect for storing walking gear and boots when you come back from a walk with the dog. There is a useful sink, washing machine, and tumble dryer, as well as a tall freezer and a spare dog cage, if required. The lounge has lovely views of the garden, with comfortable seating and a warming wood burner set into the inglenook fireplace for cosy evenings in, playing board games, or watching a movie on Smart TV. A door from the lounge leads through to the light and airy reading room with a couple of comfortable seats and a range of books to browse.
