Tucked away and only a short stroll to the beach and harbour. Wake up to the fresh air and the smell of the sea, take a stroll down to one of the little cafes for your morning coffee and peruse the plethora of independent shops and galleries and have lunch at one of the local restaurants, tearooms or pubs. From the Victorian harbour, you can take a boat trip out to explore the stunning coastline and spot the Sealife it has to offer. Take a trip over to Lundy Island on a steamer and explore this beautiful small island which is renowned for its puffins. For keen walking enthusiasts you will be spoilt for choice with the Southwest coastal path on your doorstep. Woolacombe is only 5 miles away and one of North Devons Award Winning beaches which have 3 miles of golden sand and a mecca for surfing and paddle boarding. With the Tunnels Beach a 5 minute walk away, you are close to the Tunnels wedding venue. There are also plenty of sporting activities close by, including off road Quad Biking 5 miles away and kayaking in Combe Martin. Families are welcomed at Exmoor Zoo, Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park and Watermouth Castle.

This elegantly styled townhouse offers spacious open-plan accommodation. As you enter the property on the ground floor you will find a WC, a snug room with seating and board games to keep the children amused, and a utility room that houses the washing machine. As you walk up the first flight of stairs you will enter the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The light and airy lounge has large comfy sofas to sit back on and watch a movie with your friends and family on the Smart TV, or you can step outside onto the small balcony with sea views and relax while watching the sunsets. The dining area has a large table to enjoy suppers that have been cooked in the well-equipped kitchen. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, a king-size with sea views and a Juliette balcony, a twin room, and a double room. Completing the second floor is the family bathroom. There is a garage that provides parking for 1 car, a tumble dryer, and storage for bikes, surfboards and wetsuits.

Very well stocked property with plenty of plates, mugs etc. Apart from the gulls (take earplugs!), very quiet location within a few minutes walk of the coast and even closer to the high street. Comfortable beds and couches with a downstairs area with seating too with books and games. The cottage is very well equipped and had everything we needed. We had a toddler so found the travel cot, highchair and stairgates very helpful. There was a smell of dog when we arrived but it is a dog friendly cottage so not unexpected. We opened the windows and that helped. The entrance to the courtyard is very tight and only a small car can passRead more through comfortably. The garage is also a tight fit. Very well appointed flat with all amenities and spotlessly clean ,underfloor heating makes it feel almost tropical.We would definitely book again.

parking was terrible. when you buy a house there is not a lot you can do about this but it might be worth making it clearer in the ad. other than that really enjoyed it

Modern, and well decorated house. Close work to sea front, parking is awkward if you dont have a small car. The house has everything you need, well equipped kitchen.
