Perfectly placed very close to centre. Lovely comfy house set up so you can immediately relax. Unfortunately the gardens are not really usable as up very steep steps and are separate to the property but as you are so close to beach etc this is not a problem. Parking a little tricky if you have a long car as need to park at an angle but getting 2 paRead morerking spaces in St Ives is amazing. This house is perfect for extended family with great lounge and lovely kitchen. We would definitely stay again. Hide

A great location and accommodation let down by the electrical appliances- ok for short stays only unless these are replaced or fixed.

We stayed at Seren House with our five teenagers and 2 year old. The location was perfect. We parked our two cars in the allocated parking spots and then just stayed put for the week! We loved being so close to the town and the beach. With so many of us everyone could do their own thing and we could do things together as well. The house was well loRead moreved and relaxing and the views were beautiful. With it being so close to everything you can really enjoy St Ives before it gets busy. Hide

Excellent location just out of town. 10 minute walk to the train station. Beds very comfortable, lots of period features and a great view from the garden. Parking space at top of the garden is a great asset .

Good sociable house for a group or family, although noise really travels, even up two flights. The location is great for a big house, really close to shops bars and beaches. It does feel a bit tired and unloved, several things were broken and we got them fixed (great and responsive housekeeper). It would feel very crowded with 10 people, we were seRead moreven and it felt tight. Not the most expensive house we've stayed in and it shows I guess. We had to take our own rubbish away. Hide

Excellent location, not very access friendly if elderly or taking a dog as the yard needs a revamp and the rest of the garden not accessible without a very steep climb. House is spacious but needs a bit of tlc, definitely new windows ( noisy) and better curtains, also a tumble dryer as 1 towel per person for a week is definitely on the stingy side Read more! We enjoyed our week but feel the was not worthy of the style of the house which is all a bit worn and unloved, great location and loved St Ives Hide
