We had a great stay even if the weather was terrible it made for a very muddy week when walking the dogs, the hot tub was great as was the wood burner, had a great sleep at night - so quiet. Cottage had everything you needed. Shops only a few miles away, the Cheviot Hotel for food in the village I would highly recommend.

Quirky, cosy, semi-detached cottage not too far from shops but peaceful enough to relax. The cottage was a little tired & run down in some decor and equipment but we appreciated the rustic nature. Kitchen well equipped for self catering. Hot tub took a couple of bags of logs to get really warm and required constant upkeep of fire to maintain temp.
