Tucked away in a rural haven, this impressive lodge enjoys an idyllic position in the North Yorkshire countryside. With an abundance of tracks and cycle trails straight from the doorstep, it is a paradise for anyone who enjoys the outdoors. Enjoy the scenic walk to the nearby country pub, just over 1 mile away, where you can enjoy a pint of real ale and some outstanding home-cooked food. The bustling market town of Skipton is just 5 miles away where you can browse the cobbled streets and colourful market or explore the ancient castle. Well known as 'The Gateway to the Dales', the stunning scenery of the national park is within driving distance and leads to a wealth of quaint towns and villages to enjoy, including Malham (12 miles) and Grassington (14 miles).

Designed to make the most of the outstanding surroundings, step into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner and be wowed by the elegant and contemporary finish. With floor-to-ceiling glass windows and large bi-folding doors, the space is flooded with light from every angle. Relax on the sofa after a long day exploring the local countryside and catch up on your favourite shows on the Smart TV. The kitchen area is brilliantly equipped with everything you need including a coffee pod machine and a round dining table in the corner of the room sits four to enjoy a home-cooked meal. At either side of the living space lie two king-size bedrooms, both with an en-suite shower and WC.

Arguably the most impressive part of this stunning property is the outside space, where a large rear terrace wraps around the back of the lodge with a charming brook bubbling by. Relax in peace and tranquillity in the sunken hot tub or enjoy a BBQ with loved ones around the outdoor table. Across the brook is a tiered garden area set next to private woodland with a fire pit to cosy up around on a summer’s evening. At the side of the property is a boot-wash area with seating, outdoor tap and secure cycle storage. There is off-road parking for two cars.

The lodge was amazing, literally immaculate and kitted out very well! Loved the contemporary style of decor and the underfloor heating was a real treat. The hot tub was a huge plus point and the owners would check on this each morning which was great. Location is lovely and great pubs close by. Would definitely recommend!

The property was clean, warm and comfortable. Lots of walks and stunning scenery are within easy access from the lodge. However it isn't as secluded as described on the website because it is quite close to another property with their drive running right next to the lodge. We had a delivery van and Yorkshire water engineer call during our stay.
