Such a beautiful place perfect for the family. Really well equipped, clean, and well decorated throughout - they really have thought of everything. Definitely not for the less mobile, as there are a lot of steps in the property and it is a long steep hill down into the town. This wasnt a problem for us at all as 3 people in our 20s - we absolutely Read moreloved it! The owner is also incredibly friendly and helpful. We would 100% stay again! Hide

Matlock view was a beautifully presented house, immaculate with amazing views. A lovely small courtyard to sit and relax outside. We stayed for a week, there was everything we needed for cooking meals daily. The games room was great for the children. The house is on 4 floors so lots of stairs. It was only a 15 min walk into Matlock centre where theRead morere is a wide variety of shops, coffee shops and a lovely park. The steep climb back to the house was challenging and kept us fit .
