Fabulous location, so beautiful and so quiet. Amazing cottage, beautiful inside - but so homely at the same time. The most comfortable beds, lots of space and a huge shower.

We stayed at the Barn at Blencarn Hall for 3 nights with Friends. Unfortunately we were let down with the back garden. There were no pictures of it listed anywhere, we requested this from the Owners and were told they don't have one but they can assure it is an enclosed fenced off area with seating for 8. There is a very tiny area in the back of thRead moree house with no view other than your own cars so that was a bit of a let down because the House has no grounds at all. Nice spacious house though :) Hide

A beautiful weeks stay in this lovely house, very well furnished and presented, we wanted for nothing, large bedrooms as well as a nice lounge, perfect for a family break. The property is a credit to the owners, comfortable and relaxed throughout, 2 bathrooms as well so well suited for a family break.

The house was lovely in a very quiet, picturesque hamlet, ideal for a three generation holiday. There were seven of us in total. The lounge was a good size for this number and the kitchen/diner too. Most useful were the utility and boot rooms downstairs. There were outside seats, but no enclosed garden. However there was an open aspect, the house oRead moreverlooking the village green.
